RICH SHAWEN, FOUNDER
RGS Advisors is lead by Principal Rich Shawen.
As a collaborative problem solver and human-based financial leader, Rich excels at uncovering the impact that business decisions will have on an organization, from the employee, customer, and shareholder perspectives.
Before starting on his own venture with RGS Advisors, Rich lead the finance division at the business consulting company XPLANE. As CFO, Rich was one of the leaders driving the strategic priorities as the company re-established itself in the consulting sector. On top of his work with XPLANE, Rich previously served a 12-year tenure at Widmer Brothers Brewing Company, where he assisted in creating controls and reporting capabilities and provided the direction and analysis necessary to pursue new opportunities from new products to mergers and acquisitions. This included the partnership and eventual purchase of Kona Brewing and a merger with Redhook Ale Brewery.
